Community Notice: Family Connections Program

Family Connections workshop is a 12 week skills group for families that have a loved one that struggles with their emotions, interpersonal skills and coping strategies (self-harm, eating disorders, substance use, suicidal thoughts and attempts). These workshops are offered in partnership with CMHA Peel Dufferin and the Sashbear Foundation.
