Service Navigation
Service Navigation is a goal-oriented service that is available to ErinoakKids families:
-
whose children require multiple services at ErinoakKids
-
whose needs can be considered complex, and
-
who could potentially remain with ErinoakKids past the age of 6 years.
Families can expect support with access to the following:
-
funding
-
respite services
-
additional ErinoakKids services
-
community supports
Referrals:
A client must be receiving at least one ErinoakKids core (main) service to access Service Navigation.
