Parent Experiences in Ontario's Infant Hearing Program

Are you a parent or caregiver of a child currently receiving Ontario Infant Hearing Program services? Are you interested in sharing your experiences? 

The Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services and Western University Health Sciences want to learn about parent/caregiver experiences in the Ontario Infant Hearing Program from families who have been receiving services for at least one year. 

What is involved? Completion of a screening survey, followed by:

• Option 1: A one-on-one online interview using Zoom, or
• Option 2: The completion of an online survey

Time required: Up to one hour

What you will need: Access to a mobile device or computer that is compatible with Zoom (video camera and microphone). For the survey, access to a mobile device or computer. 

Interviews will be conducted in English or American Sign Language (ASL interpreter provided.)
