It is very important that clients arrive on time for appointments. Because of the need to leave time for cleaning and sanitizing rooms in between appointments, all appointments now have a defined end time. In order to receive service for the full length of your appointment slot, you must arrive on time. Late arrival may mean a shortened appointment, or, if there is not sufficient time remaining for therapy/treatment, the appointment will be rescheduled.

Please only come to ErinoakKids if you have an appointment. If you have questions or would like an appointment please call 905-855-2690 (toll free 1-877-374-6625).

When you visit our sites, you will see stickers on the sidewalk and on the floor inside to promote physical distancing. Please follow the stickers and stay 2 metres (6 feet) away from other people.

As you enter the building, you will be greeted by a staff member who will ask you some health screening questions and take your temperature, and ask that you wear a mask. All adults must wear a mask while they are on site. Children ages 2 and older are required to wear masks, if possible.

Only one parent/caregiver may accompany a client to his/her appointment.

Our waiting room areas have been set up to help you stay at least 2 metres (6 feet) away from other clients and their families.

There are hand sanitizer dispensers available throughout the building for you to use. Our washrooms are all equipped with soap and paper towels, and are cleaned frequently. Please do not use the air dryers to dry your hands; paper towels are provided for you.

Thank you for wearing your mask, staying 6 feet apart, and washing your hands. We look forward to seeing you!
