Studying brain networks supporting hearing, language, and speech in children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)

Is your child between eight to 10 years old with a diagnosis of ASD? Consider participating this study! 

The Neurosciences and Mental Health Research Institute at The Hospital for Sick Children is studying brain structure and function in children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).

What's Involved?

Participants must be male or female, ages eight-10 years and have a formal diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder.

During one on-site visit to SickKids, participants will be asked to complete:

  • Brief cognitive testing
  • Hearing tests
  • MEG and MRI brain scans

Participants will be given a lunch voucher and a gift certificate in recognition of their contribution.
