Family Support Fund

The Family Support Fund offers financial support to ErinoakKids’ families during a time of a crisis or financial need.

To be considered for funding:

  • The need for financial assistance must result from extraordinary costs directly related to child’s illness/disability.
  • Your child must be a current ErinoakKids client 0-18 years of age, or a client of the 18+ overnight respite program. You will need to work with an ErinoakKids staff member to submit the application. 
  • Household annual income to be under $75,000.
  • Families must have exhausted other available financial resources.
  • Must not have received a grant from this fund in the preceding 12 months.

What do we fund/support?

  • Up to $1,000 for prescribed medication, recreation, and respite
  • Up to $2,000 for emergency needs 
  • Up to $3,000 for equipment (Equipment funding may be considered up to $3,000 if costs surpass $3,000 for an individual item or transaction)
