Service Navigation is a goal-oriented service that is available to ErinoakKids families:
whose children require multiple services at ErinoakKids
whose needs can be considered complex, and
who could potentially remain with ErinoakKids past the age of 6 years.
Families can expect support with access to the following:
additional ErinoakKids services
Please speak with your primary therapist for a referral to Service Navigation.
A client must be receiving at least one ErinoakKids core (main) service to access this service.
