Volunteers assist staff in a wide range of activities at ErinoakKids. Opportunities are available in the mornings, afternoons, evenings and some weekends throughout the school year. During the summer months, we offer programming during the week only. Volunteer opportunities are available at our locations in Halton and Peel regions.
ErinoakKids Volunteers help at our sites in a variety of ways that suit their schedules. As opportunities become available, postings are sent to the volunteer team. Sample opportunities included.
Family Resource Centre Assistant
Same shift/day/location each week
One evening per month from September – June
Early evenings for 2 hours
Social Skills Program
One morning a week for 8 weeks
ErinoakKids Drama Program
One evening per week throughout the school year (September – June)
2 hour program - early evenings
There are also special events assisting our fundraising activities such as our Pride & Joy Awards Gala.
