Make The Connection

Make the Connection (MTC) is an online program designed to helpyou build a secure attachment with your baby!

MTC is a fun and interactive program for parents and caregivers with 0-3-year-olds that has been developed by psychologists. Packed with lots of information and activities to do with your baby, the program focuses on showing hands-on strategies that can help you create and maintain a secure attachment relationship.

What's Involved?

We are excited to offer this program to parents in this community for FREE in exchange for your input on how helpful the program is for you and other parents with newborns.

The program is delivered online and takes eight weeks to complete. Each week you will begiven access to a module for you to review and complete, and each module will take you about 15 minutes to complete.

Please note that you may be required to wait 8 weeks before accessing the program, if randomly assigned to the research control group.

This program is offered in English.

Criteria

• Parent or caregiver with infants 0-3 years old.
