Last week the Ontario government announced that in-person delivery of certain health and medical services could resume at organizations that are able to meet specified criteria focused on preventing transmission of the COVID-19 virus. High level continuation of virtual services was also encouraged in an effort to dampen transmission and keep infection rates down.
 
On this basis, ErinoakKids is pleased to announce that beginning Monday, May 25, 2020 we will begin resumption of on-site services slowly, and in a limited approach.

ErinoakKids Connect is a secure portal to provide clients and their families with online access to their ErinoakKids health care information, and enable them to communicate directly with their ErinoakKids clinicians. We are pleased to now be accepting registration for this service through this page on our website.


 

All ErinoakKids sites are closed and will remain so until further notice. But that does not mean that ErinoakKids staff are not continuing to support our clients and their families. As an organization that has been part of the community for almost fifty years, we are committed to doing everything we can to help children and youth with disabilities grow and develop; COVID-19 does not change that commitment, it just means that we need to be creative in how we carry through on that commitment.
