Weekly, Overnight Respite

Available at our Respite Centre in Brampton for children, youth and young adults up to age 25 currently living at home, who have complex medical and/or behavioural needs such as: 

• significant physical, developmental or neurological disabilities, and/or 
• require nursing supports, and/or
• complex, challenging behaviour and/or
• require equipment to support physical needs
• a Medically Fragile Technologically Dependent (MFTD) designation

Stays are from Sunday to Sunday. The cost of a weekly/overnight stay for clients under 18 is $500. The cost for young adults age 18 to 25 is $1500.

Overnight Respite Referral Form 

Spaces are limited and registration will close when they are filled. We will do our best to accommodate the date you prefer, based on spaces available.

If this is your first respite stay with us, we'll start with a phone call to get to know your loved one's needs, followed by an in-person visit for a full assessment. 

Please note that stays are booked and confirmed only when: 

1. We have received payment and a signed Terms of Engagement (sample below).
2. All pre-assessments are complete.
