Clinical Supervisor - Autism Services

Reporting to the Clinical Operations Manager (COM), the Clinical Supervisor (CS) is responsible for the delivery of ErinoakKids service delivery at an assigned site. The CS provides supervision and leadership to the clinical team, monitors their assigned team so they meet/exceed their performance and operational targets, ensures the delivery of high-quality clinical services and positive client experience; assists with clinical workload management, outcome measures, and quality improvement initiatives. ErinoakKids is currently seeking a team oriented, customer-focused individual for the role of Accountant. As key members of the Finance department, and reporting to the Accounting Supervisor, the Accountant will be responsible for various accounting tasks including journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, program support, Billings and Accounts Receivable support and investment accounting. These positions will be involved in the year-end audit and prepare financial reports and analysis for specified programs, ensuring compliance with Ministry Information System (MIS) guidelines for all assigned tasks. These positions will act as subject matter experts for the Billings and Accounts Receivable Meditech modules and function as a backup for other members of the Finance team. The Accountants will work on an individual and team basis to deliver consistent, accurate and timely information. These positions will build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders and provide professional financial assistance in alignment with organizational priorities.
